Founder’s Message
Crafting Childhood, the Traditional Way
My journey into creating arts & artifacts began with a deep-rooted connection to art, design, and education. As a postgraduate from NIFT–Gujarat with Montessori experience, and someone who grew up in a 100-year-old ancestral home in a small village, I was surrounded by traditional architecture, nature, festivals, stories, and everyday craftsmanship.
These influences shaped not only my creativity but also my sense of identity and confidence. In today’s fast-moving digital world, children rarely get the chance to experience such depth and beauty.
I strongly believe that traditional, hands-on art is one of the most powerful ways to reconnect young minds with culture, patience, and purpose and that belief is the foundation of arts & artifacts.
arts & artifacts is designed as a peaceful, inspiring space where children explore creativity through over a hundred culturally rich activities. From pottery and weaving to painting, natural colour-making, traditional games, and craftwork every visit introduces something new, with no repetition and no pressure.
